Register Techchieva As Your Microsoft Partner

STEP ONE - AUTHORIZATION:

Have the Microsoft Global Admin for your organization click the link below and follow the instructions:

Note: Clicking the link above will navigate you to the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal and prompt you to accept the partnership for Arrow Enterprises and Techchieva Inc. Arrow is Techchieva direct reseller of licenses through Techchieva.

STEP TWO - PROVISIONING:

If your licenses were purchased from Microsoft directly – Techchieva will provision your new licenses and take care of the cancellation of your existing licenses. There will be no disruption to any service. Your next bill from Microsoft will either be pro-rated based on partial month usage, or you will receive a credit back for any pre-payment you may have paid upfront.
If your licenses were purchased from another Microsoft Reseller (i.e. CDW, SHI, etc.) – Coordinate with your Techchieva Account Executive the date you intend to notify your existing reseller you are switching to Techchieva for Microsoft CSP. This will help prevent an outage or double billing. Based on the agreed date, Techchieva will provision your new licenses and take care of any license changes that were discussed. There will be no disruption to any service. It is important you confirm your licenses have been cancelled with your previous reseller to ensure you are no longer billed

STEP THREE - MAKING CHANGES:

Once Techchieva is your Microsoft Partner of Record, there are two convenient methods for making changes to your licensing (you can also choose a combination of both):

Self-Service Option: You will have access to a personalized Techchieva licensing portal where you can add, remove, purchase, or suspend any Microsoft CSP product. Changes are then reflected in your O365 admin portal in real-time.
Techichieva Support Option: You can email colin.johnston@techchieva.com and someone will be happy to make license changes on your behalf.
